Add an Extra Layer of Security to Your Sportmarket Account
Protect your Sportmarket account by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
This feature adds a second step to your login process, making it much harder for anyone else to access your account — even if they have your password.
✅ What You’ll Need
To set up 2FA, you’ll need:
An active Sportmarket Main account
A 2FA app like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, installed on your mobile device
🛠️ How to Set Up 2FA
Log in and click on your profile icon
Go to “Security” under User Info
Click “Add Two-Factor Auth”
Scan the displayed QR code using your 2FA app
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) generated by the app
Submit - and that’s it! 2FA is now active on your account
⚠️ Important: The QR code above is just an example — please do not scan it. To enable 2FA, use the unique QR code found in your account.
Going forward, you’ll be prompted to enter a fresh 2FA code from your app every time you log in.
❌ How to Remove 2FA
If you’d like to disable 2FA later:
Log into your Sportmarket Main account
Navigate to User Info > Security
Enter a valid OTP from your app
Click “Disable Two-Factor Authentication”
This will remove the additional verification layer from your account.
