You can secure your Sportmarket account with an extra layer of protection by adding a 2FA login! To activate it, you must have access to a 2FA application (like Authy or Google Authenticator) on your mobile device and an active Sportmarket Main account.
The setup is fairly simple:
Log into your Sportmarket Main account and navigate to My Account/User Info.
Click on “Add two-factor authentication to your account”.
Open the 2FA application on your mobile device and scan the presented QR code.
Once done, the Application will give you an OTP number. The OTP number is used to connect your 2FA application and your Sportmarket account and you need to input it in the form in order to get your account 2FA secured.
Every following login on Sportmarket’s website will require you to input the 2FA code which will be generated in your 2FA application:
If you ever want to remove 2FA from your Sportmarket account, you will need to log into your Sportmarket Main and go to My Account > User Info. After entering the OTP number and clicking on the Disable two-factor authentication button, 2FA will be removed from your account.
If you lose access to your 2FA application, you will need to contact Sportmarket's customer support ([email protected]) to get 2FA removed from your account.
