If you have a fully verified account you will be able to make a transfer to another user, aka your "buddy".
In order to make a transfer, go to My Account > Transfer > User Transfer and enter your friend's Nickname. The Nickname may be different from the Username so we recommend double-checking that with the other user.
Buddy Transfers is offered to all of our customers. However, given the strict AML regulations, we are obliged to put limits on these P2P transfers. The minimum amount you can send is 250 EUR and the maximum limits are:
Daily 1,000 EUR
Weekly 3,000 EUR
Monthly 10,000 EUR
Note that transferred funds are only meant to be used for betting purposes. An immediate withdrawal request will not be authorized as the receiving party is required to make a 5x turnover before the withdrawal can be authorized.
If the buddy transfer functionality is not activated on your account (no tab showing the title User transfer under My Account / Transfer), please contact our support team and they will activate it or assist you with the transfer directly.
