What is User Transfer?
User Transfer allows you to request a transfer of funds to another Sportmarket user.
All user transfer requests are reviewed and approved by our team before being processed. Both you and the recipient must have fully verified accounts to use this feature.
How to Make a User Transfer
Follow these steps to request a transfer:
Log in to your Sportmarket Main account
Go to Transfer → User Transfer
Enter the recipient's Username
Click Check Username
If the transfer can be requested, you can continue:
Enter the transfer amount
Submit the transfer request
Once submitted, your request is reviewed by our team, and you’ll be notified by Support once it has been approved or declined.
Transfer Limits
To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, the following limits apply:
Minimum per transfer: €50
Daily limit: €1,000
Weekly limit: €3,000
Monthly limit: €10,000
Turnover Requirement
Funds received through User Transfer are intended for betting activity.
Funds received through User Transfer are intended for betting activity
A 20x turnover must be completed before withdrawal is allowed
Immediate withdrawal is not permitted for transferred funds
Requirements
Both users must be fully verified
User Transfer is only available when using fiat deposit methods
This feature is not available when using crypto deposit methods
