Self-exclusion is a responsible gambling feature that allows you to take a longer break from betting.
When activated, you'll lose access to:

  • Placing bets

  • Making deposits

  • Transferring funds to your betting wallet

It’s designed to help you regain control over your gambling activity and step away when needed.

🛠️ How to Activate Self-Exclusion

To activate self-exclusion, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select “Responsible Gambling.”

  3. Choose the Self-Exclusion option and select the duration that suits your needs.

Once confirmed, the restriction begins immediately.

⏳ How Long Can I Self-Exclude?

You can choose to self-exclude for:

  • 3 months

  • 6 months

  • 1 year

  • 2 years

During this period, you won’t be able to access betting-related features, and the restriction cannot be lifted early.

💸 Can I Still Withdraw Funds?

Yes! You’ll still be able to:

  • Withdraw any remaining balance

But you will not be able to:

  • Place new bets

  • Deposit funds

  • Access betting tools
