You can open an account in the name of the company by using the regular sign-up process, with the exception of using 1980-01-01 as the "birth date".

All deposits and withdrawals for the account with Sportmarket must be with accounts held by the company and every Sportmarket account must be verified.

The documents that we require as part of our KYC process are as follows:

(a) Certificate of Incorporation

(b) Proof of address of the applicant business (if not on Certificate of Incorporation) e.g. bank statement, utility bill.

(c) Official corporate document showing the names and addresses of all the applicant business' directors and other company officers e.g. register of directors.

(d) Official corporate document showing the applicant business' ultimate beneficial owners of 25% or more shares in the applicant business e.g. shareholder register

(any nominee/trust companies in the ownership structure should be identified).

(e) Good standing certificate

(f) One director to provide:

• A clear copy of the passport

• Proof of address e.g. bank statement, utility bill (not older than 3 months)

(g) All beneficial owners of 25% or more of the shares of the applicant business, and anyone else with less than 25% of the shares but who exercises control over the applicant business to provide:

• A clear copy of the passport

• Proof of address e.g. bank statement, utility bill (not older than 3 months)
