Transfers between your Sportmarket account and any private account you hold (PS3838 / FairExchange / Tradeball) can ONLY be done by contacting Sportmarket's support team.
You will need to specify the amount you want to transfer and whether you wish to deposit or withdraw. If you have more than one private account, kindly point out the account as well.
Example: "Please send 100 EUR from my Sportmarket to my PS3838 account."
