Note that the funds you wish to withdraw have to be available in your Main account, so if you haven't done this already, transfer them from your PRO account by going to My Account > Transfer > PRO Transfer.
To make a withdrawal request, log in to your Main account and go to My Account and then Withdraw in the navigation bar. Select the desired method, enter the required information and complete the request.
First Withdrawal every month will be FREE OF CHARGE. Every following withdrawal within the same month will be charged 2% (EUR 5 Min). If you fail to meet the turnover requirements (20x of the deposited amount), Sportmarket reserves the right to charge you 2-5% fee for your Withdrawal.
Please note that only bets that have action, such as a win or lose, will count towards the turnover requirements. For example, void/push bets do not count towards the requirements.
Note that bank transfer withdrawals are ALWAYS free of charge.
