When to Use This Guide
Use this guide if:
You forgot your Sportmarket Betting Account password
You receive an “Invalid Username and/or Password” error
You cannot log in to your Sportmakret Betting Account
Step-by-Step: Reset Your Betting Account Password
The password for your Betting Account is changed from your Main Account (the platform where you manage your account details).
Log in to your Sportmarket Main Account
Select User Info in the left-hand menu
Click Change Betting Password
Select your Betting Account from the dropdown menu
Enter and confirm your new password
Enter your Sportmarket Main Account password in the field Confirm with Main Account Password
Click CHANGE BETTING PASSWORD
Your Sportmarket Betting Account password will now be updated.
If You Still Cannot Log In After Resetting
If you receive the error message “Invalid Username and/or Password”, this may indicate:
An incorrect betting account password
An incorrect betting account username
That the password was not updated successfully
Please verify that:
You are entering the correct betting account username
You are using the newly created password
There are no extra spaces before or after your credentials
Caps Lock is not enabled
You are logging in to the Betting Platform (not the main website)
