How to Reset Your Main Account Password

Regain access to your Sportmarket Main Account if you forgot your password or cannot log in

When to Use This Guide?

Use this guide if:

  • You forgot your Main Account password

  • You receive a “Not able to authenticate” error

  • You cannot log in to your Sportmarket Main Account


Step-by-Step: Reset Your Main Account Password

  1. Click LOG IN (top-right corner)

  2. Select Forgot your password?

  3. Enter your Sportmarket username or the email address used to register your account

  4. Click Next

  5. You will receive a ticket code via email

  6. Copy the full ticket code from the email

  7. Paste it into the Enter Ticket Code field on the website

  8. Enter and confirm your new password

  9. Click Complete

Your password will now be updated.


Important Information

  • Make sure you copy the entire ticket code exactly as shown in the email

  • Ticket codes may expire after a limited time. If expired, request a new one

  • Only the most recently requested ticket code will work


If You Do Not Receive the Ticket Code Email

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Confirm you entered the correct registered email address

  • Wait a few minutes and try again
