When to Use This Guide?
Use this guide if:
You forgot your Main Account password
You receive a “Not able to authenticate” error
You cannot log in to your Sportmarket Main Account
Step-by-Step: Reset Your Main Account Password
Go to the Sportmarket website
Click LOG IN (top-right corner)
Select Forgot your password?
Enter your Sportmarket username or the email address used to register your account
Click Next
You will receive a ticket code via email
Copy the full ticket code from the email
Paste it into the Enter Ticket Code field on the website
Enter and confirm your new password
Click Complete
Your password will now be updated.
Important Information
Make sure you copy the entire ticket code exactly as shown in the email
Ticket codes may expire after a limited time. If expired, request a new one
Only the most recently requested ticket code will work
If You Do Not Receive the Ticket Code Email
Check your spam or junk folder
Confirm you entered the correct registered email address
Wait a few minutes and try again
If you are unsure which email is registered to your account, contact Sportmarket Support for help.
If You Still Cannot Log In After Resetting
If you receive the error message “not able to authenticate”, this may indicate:
An incorrect main account password
An incorrect main account username
The use of an unregistered email address
Please verify that:
You are entering the correct username
You are using the newly created password
There are no extra spaces before or after your credentials
Caps Lock is not enabled
You are logging in to the Sportmarket website (not the Betting Platform)
