About Bank Transfers

Bank transfer is a secure and reliable way to deposit funds into your Sportmarket account.

Sportmarket currently supports:

  • SEPA transfers

  • Instant SEPA transfers (up to €5,000)

  • SWIFT transfers for international payments

The right option depends on your bank and your deposit amount.

Bank Transfer Overview (Quick Facts)

  • Transfer types: SEPA or SWIFT bank transfer

  • Currency: EUR only

  • Minimum deposit: €10

  • Deposit fee: No fee charged by Sportmarket

  • Account holder: Must be in your own name

Processing time:

  • SEPA: typically same day or within 1 business day

  • Instant SEPA: instant (for eligible users)

  • SWIFT: usually up to 3 days (varies depending on bank)

SEPA Transfers

SEPA transfers are commonly supported by European banks and many online financial providers, including licensed Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs).

They are typically processed faster and may involve lower fees compared to SWIFT transfers.

Sportmarket offers two SEPA deposit methods depending on the transfer amount.

  • Standard SEPA - any amount

  • Instant SEPA (if supported by your bank) - up to €5,000

Instant SEPA Transfers (Up to €5,000)

Instant SEPA (SEPA Instant Credit Transfer) allows deposits to be transferred between banks in the SEPA zone in under 10 seconds, 24/7, 365 days a year.

Unlike standard SEPA transfers, which can take up to 1–2 business days, Instant SEPA deposits are processed and credited to your Sportmarket account immediately after the transfer is received.

With Instant SEPA:

  • deposits are credited automatically

  • available for transfers up to €5,000

  • your bank must support SEPA Instant transfers
