❗ Why Does It Say "Account Expired" When I Try to Log In?

"Account Expired" usually means your KYC isn’t complete, no funds are in your account, or it's been inactive for a long time.

Understanding the “Account Expired” Message on Sportmarket

Seeing an "Account Expired" message when trying to log in to your Sportmarket account?
Don’t worry! It usually means one of the following:

1️⃣ You Haven’t Completed KYC Verification

To comply with international regulations and ensure a safe platform, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required.
If your account isn’t verified, access may be restricted until this step is completed.

2️⃣ You Don’t Have Funds in Your Account

New accounts may have limited access to explore the platform in demo mode, but full access requires:

  • KYC verification

  • A minimum deposit

Once both are completed, your account will be fully active.

3️⃣ Your Account Has Been Inactive for a Long Time

For security and platform optimization, accounts inactive for an extended period may be automatically disabled.
If this is the case, please contact our support team to review your status.
