Explanation as to why you might be getting the above error message

There are two possible reasons why you are getting the message "Account Expired" when trying to log in to your Sportmarket PRO account:

  1. You have not completed the KYC for your account

  2. To ensure our servers remain efficient, the system may automatically disable a PRO account due to inactivity.

  3. You do not have funds on your account.

Initially, you may view the Sportmarket PRO platform without the need for the deposit or KYC verification. However, this only lasts for a few days, so we recommend completing them as soon as you are familiar with the platform.
