Withdraw Your Funds Quickly and Easily
If you would like to withdraw your winnings or available balance, you can do so directly from your Sportmarket account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is €10 across all available methods.
Step-by-Step: Making a Withdrawal
Step 1: Transfer Funds from Your Betting Account (If Needed)
Make sure your funds are available in your Sportmarket Main account.
If your balance is still in your Betting Account, you must transfer it first.
Go to your Sportmarket Main account → Transfer → Account Transfer
Move the desired amount from your Betting Account to your Sportmarket Main account
Step 2: Submit a Withdrawal Request
Once the funds are in your Sportmarket Main account, you can proceed:
Select Withdraw in the left-hand menu
Choose your preferred withdrawal method
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your withdrawal request
Submit your request
Your withdrawal request will be processed as soon as possible.
Cancel a Withdrawal Request
If you change your mind and your withdrawal request has not yet been processed, you can cancel it directly from your account.
Select Withdraw in the left-hand menu
Choose Pending Withdrawal
Click Cancel
Confirm the cancellation by selecting Yes
Once cancelled, the funds will be returned to your Sportmarket Main account.
If your withdrawal is no longer visible in Pending Withdrawal, it may already be in process. In this case, please contact our support team as soon as possible to request a manual cancellation.
Once a withdrawal has been fully processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Turnover Requirement
A minimum 5x turnover requirement applies to each deposit before funds from that deposit can be withdrawn.
Only settled bets (win or loss) count toward turnover
Void or push bets do not count toward turnover
You may request a withdrawal even if the turnover requirement has not been met.
However, if the minimum turnover requirement is not fulfilled, Sportmarket reserves the right to charge a 2–5% withdrawal fee (minimum €5).

When a Withdrawal Method Is Not Available
If a withdrawal method does not appear on your dashboard, or you are unable to request it, it may be due to one of the following:
Your account requires verification or re-verification
The method is not supported for your country
FIAT and cryptocurrency methods cannot be mixed. Depending on the method you have used, only the corresponding withdrawal options will be available
